Nationwide Mutual Insurance Company; Private Passenger Automobile Rate and Rule Revisions; Rate Filing [35 Pa.B. 6968] On December 5, 2005, the Insurance Department (Department) received from Nationwide Mutual Insurance Company a filing for a rate level change for private passenger automobile insurance.
The company requests an overall 2.7% decrease amounting to $17.9 million annually, to be effective March 5, 2006.
Unless formal administrative action is taken prior to February 3, 2006, the subject filing may be deemed approved by operation of law.

A copy of the filing is also available for public inspection, by appointment, during normal working hours at the Department's regional office in Harrisburg.
