   On November 6, 2007, Robert F. Singer, Jr., license no. MV-202548, of New London, Chester County, was suspended under the Order of the Court of Common Pleas of Allegheny County dated October 29, 2007, which the Court issued under 23 Pa.C.S. §  4355 (relating to denial or suspesion of licenses). The suspension is effective immediately.
