CO255125, of Columbia, Lancaster County, was suspended under the Order of the Court of Common Pleas of Lancaster County dated October 15, 2013, which the Court issued under 23 Pa.C.S. § 4355 (relating to denial or suspension of licenses). The suspension is effective immediately.
