Lease Expiration Date: October 31, 2003

Lease retail commercial space to the Commonwealth. Proposals are invited to provide the Liquor Control Board with approximately 5,000 net useable square feet of new or existing retail commercial space located on Lehigh Street, within 1 mile of the intersection of 33rd Street SW, Salisbury Township, Allentown.
