Joint application of Baltimore Gas and Electric Company, Potomac Electric Power Company, Constellation Energy Corporation and Safe Harbor Water Power Corporation for the merger of Baltimore Gas and Electric Company and Potomac Electric Power Company with and into Constellation Energy Corporation; and application of Baltimore Gas and Electric Company for the approval of abandonment of electric service to the public.
This application may be considered without a hearing. Protests or petitions to intervene can be filed with the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission, Harrisburg, with a copy served on the applicant on or before January 6, 1997, under 52 Pa. Code (relating to public utilities).
