INSURANCE DEPARTMENT Nationwide Mutual Fire Insurance Company; Homeowners Rate Revision; Rate Filing [33 Pa.B. 6377] On December 4, 2003, the Insurance Department (Department) received from Nationwide Mutual Fire Insurance Company a filing for a proposed rate level change for homeowners insurance. The company requests an overall 4.7% increase amounting to $9.613 million annually, to be effective June 22, 2004.
Unless formal administrative action is taken prior to February 2, 2004, the subject filing may be deemed approved by operation of law.
Copies of the filing will be available for public inspection, by appointment, during normal working hours at the Department's regional offices in Harrisburg, Philadelphia, Pittsburgh and Erie.
