Plans, Cross-Sections, Specifications and Contract documents will be available and open for public inspection at the Administration Building. Copies may be purchased upon payment of $25 per set (Do not add sales tax) by check or P. O. Money Order (No cash) to the Pennsylvania Turnpike Commission, Attention: Secretary-Treasurer's Office, P. O. Box 67676, Harrisburg, PA, 17106-7676. No refund for plans, specifications and contract documents will be made for any reason.
A Prequalification Certification and Maximum Capacity Rating assigned by the Prequalification Committee of the Department of Transportation is a necessary prerequisite for bidding on this project.
