Erie Insurance Exchange; Private Passenger Automobile Rate and Rule Revisions; Rate Filing [36 Pa.B. 7358]
[Saturday, December 2, 2006]On October 30, 2006, the Insurance Department (Department) received from Erie Insurance Exchange a filing for a rate level change for private passenger automobile insurance.
The company requests an overall 1.2% decrease amounting to -$10.081 million annually, to be effective April 1, 2007.
Unless formal administrative action is taken prior to December 29, 2006, the subject filing may be deemed approved by operation of law.

A copy of the filing is also available for public inspection, by appointment, during normal working hours at the Department's regional office in Harrisburg.
Interested parties are invited to submit written comments, suggestions or objections to Michael P.
