Title 255--LOCAL COURT RULES LEHIGH COUNTY Probation/Parole Violation Arrest Warrant; 2297-M/98 [28 Pa.B. 6181] Order And Now, this 19th day of November, 1998, It Is Ordered that the following Administrative Order is promulgated herewith, to become effective thirty (30) days after publication in the Pennsylvania Bulletin, that seven (7) certified copies shall be filed with the Administrative Office of the Pennsylvania Courts; that two (2) certified copies shall be filed with the Legislative Reference Bureau for publication in the Pennsylvania Bulletin; that one (1) certified copy shall be filed with the Criminal Procedural Rules Committee; and that one (1) copy shall be filed with the Clerk of Courts Office of the Court of Common Pleas of Lehigh County.
Administrative Order And Now, this 19th day of November, 1998, in accordance with 42 Pa.C.S.A. § 9728(g) (relating to costs of the County Probation Departments), every person personally served with a probation/parole violation arrest warrant by Lehigh County Adult Probation Officers shall pay, in addition to any other costs, the following:
(a) a service/arrest fee of thirty dollars ($30.00);
(b) a commitment fee in the sum of twenty dollars ($20.00);
(c) a docketing fee of nine dollars ($9.00);
(d) mileage at the federal mileage rate in effect at the time of service.
The Clerk of Courts, Criminal Division is directed to add these costs to the court costs otherwise incurred by the defendant.
