   On October 28, 2004, Michele Tylutke Kennedy, license no. PN-081632-L, of Pittston, Luzerne County, was indefinitely suspended based on her failure to pay the civil penalty ordered by the Board.

   This final order represents the final State Board of Nursing (Board) decision in this matter. It may be appealed to the Commonwealth Court of Pennsylvania by the filing of a petition for review with that court in accordance with the Pennsylvania Rules of Appellate Procedure.
