INSURANCE DEPARTMENT Aetna Health, Inc. (HMO); Premium Rate Filing for Pennsylvania Individual Advantage Plans [41 Pa.B. 6845]
[Saturday, December 17, 2011]On November 22, 2011, Aetna Health, Inc. submitted a filing for the Individual Advantage Plans, requesting an overall aggregate rate increase of 2.3% with additional rate increases to be implemented on a quarterly basis on policy anniversaries over the subsequent three calendar quarters. The filing will affect approximately 19,169 policyholders. An effective date of April 1, 2012, is re- quested.
In addition, the filing proposes certain benefit enhancements.
Unless formal administrative action is taken prior to February 29, 2012, the subject filing may be deemed approved by operation of law.

Copies of the filing are also available for public inspection during normal working hours, by appointment, at the Department's Harrisburg Regional Office.
