INSURANCE DEPARTMENT Nationwide Mutual Fire Insurance Company; Homeowners Rate Revision; Rate Filing [35 Pa.B. 6856] On December 5, 2005, the Insurance Department (Department) received from Nationwide Mutual Fire Insurance Company a filing for a proposed rate change for homeowners insurance.
The company requests an overall 2.4% decrease amounting to $4.730 million annually, to be effective April 22, 2006, for new business and renewal business.
Unless formal administrative action is taken prior to February 3, 2006, the subject filing may be deemed approved by operation of law.

A copy of the filing is also available for public inspection, by appointment, during normal working hours at the Department's regional office in Harrisburg.
