[Saturday, December 14, 2013]MetLife Insurance Company of Connecticut is requesting approval to increase the premium 71% on 591 policyholders with the following individual LTC policy form number: H-LTC2J-5.
Unless formal administrative action is taken prior to February 26, 2014, the subject filing may be deemed approved by operation of law.

Copies of the filing are also available for public inspection, by appointment, during normal working hours at the Department's Harrisburg office.
