A public hearing on this application will be held Wednesday, February 12, 1997, at 10 a.m. in the 11th Floor Hearing Room, Pittsburgh State Office Building, 300 Liberty Avenue, Pittsburgh, PA, when and where all persons in interest may appear and be heard if they so desire.
