[Saturday, December 13, 2014]On September 24, 2014, the State Real Estate Commission (Commission) suspended the license of Matthew W. Brown, license no. RS322297, of Montoursville and Muncy, Lycoming County. The Commission took this action under the Order of the Court of Common Pleas of Lycoming County dated September 9, 2014, which the Court issued under 23 Pa.C.S. § 4355 (relating to denial or suspension of licenses). The suspension is effective immediately.
