   A telephone prehearing conference initiated by this office shall be conducted on January 8, 1998 at 11 a.m. The parties shall have exchanged and filed prior to January 8, 1998 all exhibits intended for use at the hearing, a witness list identifying the names, addresses and telephone numbers for the proposed witnesses, the identity of all experts along with their curriculum vitae and proposed testimony, an estimate of time for the respective party's case-in-chief, a listing of all legal issues and the supportive citation for the respective party's position pertaining to the legal issues and all joint factual stipulations.

   The hearing shall occur on January 22, 1998 at 11 a.m. in Room 200, Administrative Hearing Office, Capitol Associates Building, 901 North Seventh Street, Harrisburg, PA 17102.
