   The Rachel Carson State Office Building Parents' Association, Department of Environmental Protection and the Department of Conservation and Natural Resources is issuing a Request for Proposal (RFP) for child care services. The child care center is located in the Rachel Carson State Office Building located at Fourth and Market Streets, Harrisburg, and will serve approximately 49 children.
