Air Quality Technical Advisory Committee [28 Pa.B. 6121] The Air Quality Technical Advisory Committee (AQTAC) is holding a special meeting on December 17 and 18, 1998 at the Holiday Inn Harrisburg East, I-283 and Route 441, Harrisburg, PA. The meetings will start at 9:30 a.m. and are scheduled to end at 5 p.m. The actual adjournment times may be adjusted as necessary to complete the scheduled agenda. The purpose of the meeting is to review and comment on the Department's draft regulations and other documents necessary to implement an oxides of nitrogen (NOx) emission reduction program to comply with the Environmental Protection Agency's October 27, 1998 final rule regarding ground level ozone air quality in the eastern United States.
