Resolution of Issues Common to Complaints Involving 66 Pa.C.S. § 1529.1 (Relating to Duty of Owners of Rental Property)

   The Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission has extended the time period in which comments may be filed to the above-captioned proposed policy statement. The proposed policy statement was published at 28 Pa.B. 5497 (October 31, 1998). Interested persons may submit written comments, an original and 15 copies, to Secretary, Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission, P. O. Box 3265, Harrisburg, PA 17105-3265 by the close of business on Monday, January 5, 1999. Reply comments may be submitted by close of business on Tuesday, January 19, 1999.

   Parties that have already provided comments at this docket may submit supplemental comments by January 5, 1999. Note that parties submitting supplemental comments are not precluded from submitting reply comments.
