Stakeholder's Meeting for Newborn Screening and Follow-Up Program [34 Pa.B. 6609] The Newborn Screening and Follow-Up Program (Program), established under the Newborn Child Testing Act (35 P. S. §§ 621--625), will hold a public meeting on Tuesday, December 14, 2004. The purpose of the meeting is to discuss the Department of Health's approach to recent legislative changes to section 2101(b) of The Administrative Code of 1929 (71 P. S. § 531(b)) made by the act of December 23, 2003 (P.L. 282, No. 47) and plan for future direction of the Program. The meeting will be held from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the Capitol Building, 60 East Wing, Commonwealth Avenue, Harrisburg, PA.
