[Saturday, December 1, 2012]United Teachers Associates Insurance Company requests approval to increase the Major Medical rates. The requested rate increase is 18.0%. The proposed rate increase would affect approximately 17 subscribers and would produce additional revenue of about $10,500 annually.
Unless formal administrative action is taken prior to February 14, 2013, the subject filing may be deemed approved by operation of law.
