[Saturday, December 1, 2012]Allianz Life Insurance Company of North America is requesting approval to increase the premium 25% on 1,759 policyholders with the following individual LTC policy form numbers: 10-P-Q-PA and 10-P-Q-PA(F).
Unless formal administrative action is taken prior to February 14, 2013, the subject filing may be deemed approved by operation of law.

Copies of the filing are also available for public inspection, by appointment, during normal working hours at the Department's Harrisburg Office.
