[Saturday, November 9, 2013]On July 26, 2013, the State Board of Nursing (Board) suspended the license of Chrystal Walters, license no. PN268295, of Clarksville, Greene County. The Board took this action under the Order of the Court of Common Pleas of Greene County dated July 16, 2013, which the Court issued under 23 Pa.C.S. § 4355 (relating to denial or suspension of licenses). The suspension is effective immediately.
