Armstrong Telephone Company—North and Cellco Partnership on behalf of itself and certain of its commercial mobile radio service affiliates collectively and individually, d/b/a Verizon Wireless, by its counsel, filed on October 28, 2013, at the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission (Commission), a joint petition for approval of adoption of an interconnection agreement under sections 251 and 252 of the Telecommunications Act of 1996.

Comments are due on or before 10 days after the date of publication of this notice.
