Application has been made to the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission, under the provisions of the Public Utility Code, by Consolidated Rail Corporation for approval of the abandonment of the Dalmatia Team track on the Buffalo Line at Mp 274.6, ZTS 64-943 and 944, at Dalmatia, Lower Mahanoy Township, Northumberland County.
This application may be considered by the Commission without hearing, provided no protests are filed with the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission, Harrisburg, within 30 days of the date of the posting of the notice at the Dalmatia team track area and three other conspicuous places within the vicinity of said track.
