Oxford Health Plan (NJ): HMO Certificate of Authority [26 Pa.B. 5476] On October 2, 1996, Oxford Health Plans (NJ) filed with the Department of Health an application for a certificate of authority for approval to operate as a foreign HMO in the Commonwealth in accordance with the provisions of the Health Maintenance Organization (HMO) Act (40 P. S. §§ 1551--1567) and Department of Health regulations (28 Pa. Code §§ 9.1--9.97).
The proposed service area includes Philadelphia, Montgomery, Bucks, Chester and Delaware counties.
A copy of the application is available for public inspection by appointment only in Room 1030 Health and Welfare Building.
