Princeton Insurance Company; Rate Filing [28 Pa.B. 5639] On October 20, 1998, the Insurance Department received from Princeton Insurance Company a Physicians & Surgeons Professional Liability rate filing. This filing replaces an earlier filing which was withdrawn.
The company requests an overall 38.7% increase. The proposed effective date is February 1, 1999.
Copies of the filing will be available for public inspection, by appointment, during normal working hours at the Insurance Department's offices in Harrisburg, Philadelphia, Pittsburgh and Erie.
