Appeal of Antonio Saez under The Motor Vehicle Financial Responsibility Law Catastrophic Loss Benefits Continuation Fund; Doc. No. CF98-10-019

   A telephone prehearing conference initiated by this office shall be conducted on December 1, 1998, at 10 a.m. The parties shall have exchanged and filed prior to November 24, 1998, all exhibits intended for use at the hearing, a witness list identifying the names, addresses and telephone numbers for the proposed witnesses, the identity of all experts along with their curriculum vitae and proposed testimony, an estimate of time for the respective party's case-in-chief, a listing of all legal issues and the supportive citation for the respective party's position pertaining to the legal issues and all joint factual stipulations.

   The hearing shall occur on December 15, 1998, at 2 p.m. in Room 200, Administrative Hearing Office, Capitol Associates Building, 901 North Seventh Street, Harrisburg, PA 17102.
