DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE Pennsylvania Harley-Davidson Instant Lottery Game [28 Pa.B. 5629] Under the State Lottery Law, and 61 Pa. Code § 819.203 (relating to notice of instant game rules), the Secretary of Revenue hereby provides public notice of changes to the Pennsylvania Harley-Davidson instant lottery game rules that were published at 28 Pa.B. 2545 (May 30, 1998) and amended at 28 Pa.B. 3458 (July 18, 1998).
Due to the popularity of the Pennsylvania Harley-Davidson instant lottery game, the Lottery has extended the deadline for players to send in their non-winning Pennsylvania Harley-Davidson instant lottery tickets for the Second Chance Drawing. Section 10(f) of the Pennsylvania Harley-Davidson instant lottery game notice published at 28 Pa.B. 2445 (May 30, 1998) and any language located on the Pennsylvania Harley-Davidson instant lottery ticket that are inconsistent with this notice are hereby rescinded. All entries for the Second Chance Drawing must be received by Lottery Headquarters no later than December 15, 1998.
The Second Chance Drawing will be held at Lottery Headquarters and will begin on December 16, 1998, or on a date to be determined by the Secretary. The Lottery will begin announcing winners on December 29, 1998.
