Prevailing Wages/Discontinuance of Electronic Bulletin Board

    [28 Pa.B. 5628]

On December 20, 1997, the Department of Labor and Industry (Department) published a notice at 27 Pa.B. 6621 informing the public of the availability of lists of prevailing wage predeterminations, and the accessibility of the actual predeterminations, on the Department's electronic bulletin board and Internet Web site.

The purpose of this notice is to advise the public of the discontinuance of the electronic bulletin board. The reason for this discontinuance is the infrequent use of the electronic bulletin board by the public to access wage determinations, and the corresponding increased popularity of the Department's Internet Web site as a source for this data. Wage determinations will continue to be posted by date and county on the Department's Web site at www.state.pa.us/PWAGE/pwmain.html.
