Human Immunodeficiency Virus (HIV) Community Prevention Planning Committee Public Meeting [35 Pa.B. 6192] The Statewide HIV Community Prevention Planning Committee, established by the Department of Health (Department) under sections 301(a) and 317(b) of the Public Health Service Act (42 U.S.C.A. §§ 241(a) and 247(b)), will hold a public meeting on Wednesday, November 16, 2005, from 9 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. at the Best Western Inn and Suites, 815 Eisenhower Boulevard, Middletown, PA 17057.
