Electronic Reporting Requirements for Specified Diseases, Infections and Conditions [35 Pa.B. 6192] In accordance with 28 Pa. Code Chapter 27 (relating to communicable and noncommunicable diseases) specifically 28 Pa. Code § 27.4(b) (relating to electronic reporting), the Department of Health (Department), is giving notice that it will require electronic reporting of the following diseases, infections and conditions: AIDS; CD4 T-lymphocyte test results with a count of less than 200 cells/ul or less than 14% of total lymphocytes; HIV (human immunodeficiency virus); and perinatal exposure of a newborn to HIV.
