Code § 51.33 (relating to requests for exceptions), the Department of Health (Department) gives notice that Physicians Surgical Center has requested an exception to the requirements of 28 Pa. Code § 551.22(3)(ii) (relating to criteria for performance of ambulatory surgery on pediatric patients).
