RN552812, of Monongahela, Washington County, based on findings he pleaded guilty to one count of possession of a controlled substance, a misdemeanor, in violation of the Controlled Substance Drug, Device and Cosmetic Act (Drug Act).

This final order represents the final Board decision in this matter. It may be appealed to the Commonwealth Court of Pennsylvania by the filing of a petition for review with that court in accordance with the Pennsylvania Rules of Appellate Procedure. Individuals who take an appeal to the Commonwealth Court must serve the Board with a copy of the petition for review.
