FISH AND BOAT COMMISSION Time Restrictions [31 Pa.B. 6105] The Executive Director of the Fish and Boat Commission (Commission), acting under the authority of 58 Pa. Code § 53.4 (relating to limiting access to Commission property and other restrictions), has closed the Commission's property at Charming Forge on Tulpehocken Creek, Berks County, to the public during the hours of 10 p.m. to 5 a.m. These time restrictions are effective when posted at the site. It is unlawful for any person to enter or remain upon Commission property during the times it is closed to public use, without the express written consent of the Executive Director or a designee.
