BL-050163-L to practice barbering suspended under the Order of the Court of Common Pleas in Philadelphia County dated September 8, 2008, which the court issued under 23 Pa.C.S. § 4355 (relating to denial or suspension of licenses). This suspension is effective immediately.

This adjudication and order represents the final State Board of Barber Examiners (Board) decision in this matter. It may be appealed to the Commonwealth Court of Pennsylvania by the filing of a petition for review with that court in accordance with the Pennsylvania Rules of Appellate Procedure. Individuals who take an appeal to the Commonwealth Court must serve the Board with a copy of their petition for review.
