Code § 51.33 (relating to requests for exceptions), the Department of Health (Department) gives notice that The Washington Hospital has requested an exception to the requirements of 28 Pa. Code § 123.25 (relating to regulations for control of anesthetic explosion hazards).
This request is on file with the Department. This facility is requesting a waiver of the comment period, as set forth in 28 Pa. Code § 51.33(c).
