S. § 513(e)(7)), intends to sell certain land owned by the Department:
The following property is available for sale by the Department.
Parcel No. 62--Ohio Township, Allegheny County. The subject property is a vacant irregular-shaped parcel of land consisting of 97.98 + acres or 4,268,009 + square feet and is situated south of Mt. Nebo Road and west of SR 0279. The current zoning is A-1 (single family residential district) in Ohio Township, Allegheny County. The estimated fair market value of the parcel is $441,000.
