The company requests the following rate increases by region: Philadelphia, Pittsburgh, Erie and State College areas 19.6%; Berks area 33.82%; Lancaster and Harrisburg areas 22.73%.
Unless formal administrative action is taken before December 25, 2005, the subject filing may be deemed approved by operation of law.
