Code § 9.703(d) (relating to internal complaint process), the Department of Health (Department) gives notice that the address for purposes of complaint and grievance information is Department of Health, Bureau of Managed Care, Health and Welfare Building, Room 912, 7th and Forster Streets, Harrisburg, PA 17120.
The Department has discontinued the use of its address including its post office box number to protect the confidentiality of information mailed to the Department.
