Guberman, having been disbarred from the practice of law in the State of Maryland by Opinion and Order of the Court of Appeals of Maryland filed April 13, 2006, the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania issued an Order on November 7, 2008, disbarring Mark S. Guberman from the Bar of this Commonwealth, effective December 7, 2008. In accordance with Rule 217(f), Pa.R.D.E., since this formerly admitted attorney resides outside of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, this notice is published in the Pennsylvania Bulletin.
