INSURANCE DEPARTMENT Allstate Insurance Company Homeowners Insurance Rate Revision; Rate Filing [34 Pa.B. 6295] On November 3, 2004, the Insurance Department (Department) received from Allstate Insurance Company a filing for a proposed rate change for homeowners insurance.
The company requests an overall 6.7% increase amounting to $13.333 million annually, to be effective February 7, 2005, for new business and March 24, 2005, for renewal business.

Unless formal administrative action is taken prior to January 2, 2005, the subject filing may be deemed approved by operation of law.
A copy of the filing is also available for public inspection, by appointment, during normal working hours at the Department's regional office in Harrisburg.
