[Saturday, November 17, 2007]On October 22, 2007, the Insurance Department (Department) received from the Pennsylvania National Mutual Casualty Insurance Company a filing for rate level changes for Homeowners insurance.
The company requests an overall rate level change of 0.0% on owners forms to be effective February 1, 2008, for new business and March 17, 2008 for renewal business.
Unless formal administrative action is taken prior to December 21, 2007, the subject filing may be deemed approved by operation of law.

A copy of the filing is also available for public inspection, by appointment, during normal working hours at the Department's Harrisburg office.
