       A-212370F0068 and A-211960F2000. Philadelphia Suburban Water Company and Monroe Manor Water Company. Joint Application of Philadelphia Suburban Water Company and Monroe Manor Water Company for approval of: 1) the transfer, by merger, of the water system assets of Monroe Manor Water Company to Philadelphia Suburban Water Company; 2) the right of Philadelphia Suburban Water Company to begin to furnish water service to the public in the service area of Monroe Manor Water Company; and 3) the abandonment by Monroe Manor Water Company of water service to the public in its service territory located in portions of Monroe Township, Snyder County, PA.

       This application may be considered without a hearing. Protests or petitions to intervene can be filed with the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission, P. O. Box 3265, Harrisburg, PA 17105-3265, with a copy served on the applicant on or before December 3, 2001, under 52 Pa. Code (relating to public utilities).
