Proposals are invited to provide the Pennsylvania Liquor Control Board with approximately 6,200 net useable square feet of new or existing retail commercial space within a 1/4 mile from the Rodi and Frankstown Road intersection, Penn Hills. Off-street parking and good loading facilities are preferred.
