HOUSING FINANCE AGENCY Federal Low-Income Housing Tax Credit Program; Public Hearing [31 Pa.B. 6358] The Housing Finance Agency (Agency), as the Administrator of the Federal Low-Income Housing Tax Credit Program for the Commonwealth, hereby provides notice of a public hearing to obtain public comment on the proposed Pennsylvania 2002 Low-Income Housing Tax Credit Allocation Plan. This public hearing will be held on Thursday, November 29, 2001, at the Housing Finance Agency, 2101 North Front Street, Harrisburg, PA at 9 a.m. Copies of the proposed 2002 Allocation Plan are available upon written request at the address listed in this notice, at (717) 780-3850 or through the Agency's website at www.phfa.org. Individuals wishing to comment on the plan, but unable to attend the scheduled hearing, are invited to provide written comments no later than Wednesday, November 28, 2001, to the Manager, Tax Credit Program, Housing Finance Agency, P. O. Box 8029, Harrisburg, PA 17105-8029, TDD# for Hearing Impaired (717) 780-1869.
Written comments must be submitted prior to the date of the scheduled hearing or at the public hearing. Individuals who plan to attend the public hearing, should contact the Agency at (717) 780-3850.
