DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION Contemplated Sale of Land No Longer Needed for Transportation Purposes [31 Pa.B. 6354] Notice is hereby given that the Department of Transportation, pursuant to 71 P. S. § 513(e)(7), intends to sale certain land owned by the Department.
The following properties are available for sale by the Department.
Parcel No. 4--Bridgeville Borough, Allegheny County. This parcel contains approximately 5,966+ square feet of vacant land situated at 437 Chartiers Street, Bridgeville, Pennsylvania.
It has been determined that the land is no longer needed for present or future transportation purposes.
Interest public entities are invited to express their interest in purchasing the site within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of publication of this notice to: Raymond S. Hack, District Engineer, Pennsylvania Department of Transportation, Engineering District 11-0, 45 Thoms Run Road, Bridgeville, Pennsylvania 15017.
