DEPARTMENT OF EDUCATION Approval of Grant under Individuals with Disabilities Education Act--Part B [31 Pa.B. 6293] On July 6, 2001, the Department of Education (Department) was notified of a ''conditionally'' approved grant under the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act--Part B. The ''conditionally'' approved grant was with the assurance that the Commonwealth would resolve all of the issues to be subsequently identified by the United States Department of Education, Office of Special Education Programs (OSEP). As of this date, OSEP has yet to identify any issues needing resolution.
The Department must complete the post-approval public dissemination of its policies and procedures. Therefore, the policies and procedures are available for public inspection at any school district, intermediate unit and the offices of the Pennsylvania Training and Technical Assistance Network.
