Gavin, having been suspended from the practice of law in the State of New Jersey for a period of three months, the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania issued an Order dated October 31, 2002 suspending Francis X. Gavin, from the practice of law in this Commonwealth for a period of three months, effective to the suspension imposed by the PA Supreme Court on August 1, 2002. In accordance with Rule 217(f), Pa.R.D.E., since this formerly admitted attorney resides outside the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, this notice is published in the Pennsylvania Bulletin.
