The Commonwealth of Pennsylvania entered into a Memorandum of Understanding with the Independent State Store Union, Liquor Store Managers Unit, on September 23, 1996; the Memorandum encompasses approximately 615 employes in the first-level supervisory Liquor Store Managers Unit, certified by the Pennsylvania Labor Relations Board in Case Numbers PERA-R-6-C, PERA-U-7386-C, and PERA-U-2699-C, respectively.

The Commonwealth of Pennsylvania entered into a Memorandum of Understanding with the Pennsylvania Social Services Union, affiliated with Service Employees International Union, AFL-CIO, on October 9, 1996; the Memorandum encompasses approximately 55 professional employes in the first-level supervisory Compensation Referees Unit, certified by Pennsylvania Labor Relations Board in Case No. PERA-R-10, 137-C and PERA-R-91, 215-E.
